There aren't many corners of the electrical industry Ryan hasn't worked in during his 15 year career. With experience across New Zealand and the UK, he's tackled everything from hazardous industrial projects through to agriculture, commercial, solar, residential and hospitality. He's always thinking a step ahead, putting himself in the customer's shoes and making sure the finished job looks as good as it performs. Ryan sets the standard on site and continues to step up across the business. He's also been a big driver in the success of Sinclair Solar, helping deliver the highest quality installs across the Taranaki region. Great with customers and easy to deal with - and when the singlet's on, Ryan's a hard man to miss. You'll spot some of Ryan's handiwork next time you're in Rice Rice Baby in New Plymouth.

Jerram's a driven young bloke with a big future in the electrical industry. Sharp, easy to get along with, and already showing strong instincts on the tools. Outside of work, he's a seriously accomplished sportsman - lining up for Coastal Prems, involved in Taranaki Development, and just as comfortable in the surf or on the cricket pitch. He knows his way around a cowshed, understands the rural way of life, and genuinely enjoys supporting the local farming community. Great to have you on board, Jerram.
