We provide electrical services including residential, commercial, and agricultural wiring, heat pump installations, and solar energy solutions. We also sell packaged heat pump systems.
This policy applies to all personal information we collect from members of the New Zealand public and NZ-based businesses.
We collect this information directly from you, either through contact forms, email enquiries, over the phone, or in person.
We use your information solely to deliver the services you’ve requested — such as quoting, installation, and follow-up support. We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Some of the data we collect may be transferred and stored outside New Zealand. This includes storage on servers located in Germany, Finland, and the United States (via Tilda and Microsoft Outlook). We ensure that any overseas storage providers meet appropriate data protection standards.
